Essential Functions
- Track Supply Chain department KPIs.
- Analyze and interpret data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Lead the Material Review Board process to promote cleanliness of raw material and finished product inventory.
- Contribute to the Sales & Operations Planning process which aligns Customer Experience, Supply Chain, Operations and Finance leadership on volume, revenue, supply plans, and resource needs.
- Manage and interpret data related to freight reporting.
- Review and monitor shipping data with third parties to ensure accuracy of charges and shipping methods.
- Troubleshoot transportation issues, claims and international customs/FDA clearance.
- Auxiliary in initiating, executing, tracking and closing Supply Chain SOPs, job aides, change controls and deviations.
- Provide administrative support for executing Supply Agreements once base terms have been negotiated.
- Generate reports and presentations to communicate complex supply chain situations to senior leadership in a simple, direct manner.
- Ensure organizational compliance with inventory management policies, supplier contractual agreements, and quality regulations.
- Automate reporting by leveraging Power BI and other data analytics software.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Customer Experience, Operations, Quality, etc) to ensure efficient material flow through the end-to-end supply chain.
- Participate in strategic continuous improvement initiatives to achieve cost savings and efficiencies.
- Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and regulatory requirements for pharmaceutical supply chains.
- Serve as backup to Procurement Buyers, Production Planner, and/or other roles within the department.
Experiential and Competency Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience in the supply chain field is required.
- 3+ years of proven experience working in domestic supply chain analysis or a related role within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
- Strong experience with data analytics and reporting, including advanced skills in PowerBI.
- Maintain a collaborative, one team mentality.
- Demonstrate lateral leadership, the ability to lead and motivate peers, to drive continuous improvement.
- Possess strong proactive initiative and urgency.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and adaptable to change.
- Experience with multiple ERP/MRP systems and concepts.
- Excellent organizational skills with a strong attention to detail.
- Understanding of 503B regulatory requirements, cGMP standards, and USP guidelines is a plus!
- Proficient written, verbal and oral English communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools including Outlook, Microsoft, and Excel.

- Ability to stand or sit for extended periods of time.
- Ability to lift, push and pull up to 50 pounds periodically.
