Location: Remote – with a preference for candidates located near one of our facilities (MA, NY, NJ, IL, MO, AZ).
About the role
This is a hands-on, analytical role that keeps demand planning models current and ensures the data behind day-to-day supply decisions is accurate and timely. The Supply Chain Analyst partners closely with the Supply Chain team and coordinates across Sales, Operations, Finance, and Procurement to keep supply flowing and decisions well-informed. It is well suited to an early-career analyst looking to grow within a fast-moving supply chain function.
Responsibilities
- Demand Forecasting & Planning
- Build and maintain demand forecasts across all markets, updating models as sales trends shift
- Assist with oil and material consumption forecasting, tracking usage trends and timing of availability
- Monitor inventory levels and production timelines, flagging risks to supply continuity before they impact production
- Purchase Order & Shipping Coordination
- Plan and propose purchase orders for cannabis materials and dry goods to support production needs
- Develop and maintain shipping schedules, coordinating timing with warehouses, carriers, and production facilities
- Track purchase orders through fulfillment and relay status to relevant parties
- Reporting & Executive Support
- Optimize and prepare data and reporting for executive report-outs and stakeholder decision making
- Analyze daily reporting and make recommendations to the Supply Chain team
- Maintain accurate records and enter data into relevant systems, including ERP, Google Sheets, and reporting tools
- Cross-Functional Coordination
- Coordinate cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, Finance, and Procurement to ensure production readiness
- Facilitate clear communication of deadlines and expectations across departments
Requirements
- 21+ years old
- Ability to pass cannabis regulatory background check (may include fingerprinting and a national background check)
- 1–2 years of procurement or supply chain experience required
- Regular and punctual attendance
- A high degree of integrity and ethical conduct, always
Skills
- Strong communication, analytical, and Excel skills required
- Strong Google Suite, SQL, and ERP database skills (i.e., Acumatica) preferred
- Meticulous attention to detail and a strong desire to produce a high-quality product
- Comfort with ambiguity and the ability to work quickly in a fast-moving startup environment
