Supply Chain Analyst
About the role
The Supply Chain Analyst serves as the primary contact for assigned Principals and assists Principals, warehouses, sales, and internal departments in resolving issues or inquiries. This role manages assigned Principals by meeting KPIs to provide industry-leading service levels while ensuring an appropriate return on investment. The analyst partners with team members to explore process improvements and instills the company’s core values into daily operations.
This position is based in Westlake, Ohio Headquarters and is not eligible for sponsorship or relocation.
Responsibilities
- Manages assigned Principals, ensuring a complete understanding of rules, product attributes, Principal contacts, and major customers.
- Maintains inventory turns, service levels, and slow-moving stock within set KPIs.
- Runs analysis to confirm stocking locations and minimum order quantities.
- Updates forecasts monthly and proactively communicates with sales regarding customer demand changes.
- Develops and utilizes sales models for “A” COGS items.
- Ensures Principal Playbooks are accurate and submits Principal expectations and On Time in Full revision summaries monthly.
- Updates reorder reports monthly, including adjusting demand locations, lead times, and removing irrelevant comments.
- Follows up on “C” item over-order reports and expired stock reports consistently.
- Resolves conflicts by assisting team members, warehouses, Principals, sales, and internal departments.
- Assists team members to achieve department goals and completes process improvement projects as part of 90-day action items.
- Understands how job responsibilities impact other departments and the company’s success.
- Participates in ongoing education, including APICS meetings, webinars, and cross-training.
- Attends and participates in department and joint customer service meetings.
- Engages in continuous improvement initiatives and assists with annual physical inventories at warehouses as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or 5 years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems.
Qualifications
- Lean or Six Sigma experience (desired).
- Customer service experience (desired).
- Membership in APICS or ISM (desired).
- APICS Certification (desired).

Schedule
This is a full-time position with standard hours of Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Additional hours may be required as needed. The role operates on a hybrid schedule, rotating between in-office and remote work environments.
Travel
Some travel is expected for this position, up to 10%.
