About the role

The main function of a supply chain analyst is to coordinate and be responsible for key supply chain processes such as demand planning and drive PSI process with Product Managers and Key Account Managers.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare material for Demand Planning (PSI) and business update meetings in which critical supply and demand issues are discussed for decisions
  • Perform planning to secure sales and production visibility through improvement and stabilization of logic that provides Return to Forecast (RTF)
  • Examine documents, materials and products, and monitor work processes to assess completeness, accuracy, and achieve confirmation to standards and specifications
  • Support demand review processes through forecast inputs, reporting, and variance analysis
  • Requisition and maintain inventories of materials and supplies necessary to meet production demands
  • Lead meetings in collaboration with sales and finance teams
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

3-7 years of experience in Supply Chain Management and experience in managing and developing direct reports. Microsoft Office is proficient, especially Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, and complex formulas). Bachelor’s degree in business management or related study preferred.

Pay

The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $39.72 - $39.72 /hour. Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law.
