What You’ll Do

• Analyze supply chain performance metrics and recommend process improvements.
• Support procurement and vendor communications by gathering quotes and tracking order status.
• Maintain ERP system data accuracy and monitor inventory levels, forecast demand.
• Cook with the Sales and Orders team to manage expectations around procurement timelines.
• Manage escalations related to customer order delays and fulfillment timelines.
• Own and maintain international documentation, including customs compliance and reporting.
• Track inbound shipments and assist with import/export procedures.
• Generate weekly and monthly reports on stock levels, order status, and component usage.
• Participate in RMA tracking, return reconciliation, and feedback loop documentation.
• Partner with Product and Engineering teams to support BOM change implementations and SKU updates.
• Assist with technical documentation updates and inventory audits.
• Contribute to KPI measurement and report on supply chain process health.
• Identify opportunities to reduce lead times or improve vendor performance.

Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Logistics, or a related field required
• 1-2 years of experience in supply chain analysis or operational support
• Experience working in a fast-paced hardware or technology environment preferred

Work Environment & Physical Demands

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer will be required.
• This role consistently operates standard office equipment such as computers and phones.
• This is largely a sedentary role but may occasionally require lifting up to 50 pounds, walking, bending, or standing as necessary.
