Supply Chain Analyst I
Job Summary
The Leonardo DRS Land Systems business is a recognized leader in the design and integration of complex technologies into new and legacy systems and platforms for global military and commercial customers. We are a 5-year running Top Workplace in the Greater St. Louis area.
Job Responsibilities
- Assist, develop, analyze, validate, test, modify and maintain various power-backed reports and workbooks via data for the supply chain department, other departments, and cross divisionally
- Participate in cross system/cross divisional and/or local process improvements by utilizing programming and design fundamentals, use case scenarios, impact analysis, and system interfacing fundamentals
- Manage the supply base in Costpoint in relation to established policies, processes, and related associations in support of compliance requirements
- Develop, modify, maintain, and participate in workflow driven system resources
- Support, utilize, and maintain SharePoint in a limited capacity
- Prepare and present PowerPoint charts in association to role responsibilities
- Support, communicate and defend the mission, values and culture of the company
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Computer Science, Engineering or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- 0-2 years of experience in high technology, aerospace or defense
- Knowledge of supply chain management tools and procedures
- Must be flexible, detail-oriented, a quick learner and a critical thinker
- Strong analytical, technical, problem solving and organizational skills
- Able to manage multiple tasks, set priorities and make decisions
- Data entry skills and proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office applications
- Able to excel and stay focused on project completion with minimal supervision
- Self-motivated, dedicated, goal-oriented individual
- Must have excellent oral and written communication skills, and the ability to effectively interact and communicate (written and verbally) with all levels (internally and externally) in a professional manner
- Basic familiarity with or the ability to understand programming fundamentals, reading code, coding, formula/query language, development and automated tools/solutions (i.e., SQL, M Language, DAX, HTML, .NET, JavaScript, etc.) preferred
Pay
The salary range for this position is $49,624.00/year - $64,511.00/year for the states of Illinois and Minnesota, $54,586.00/year - $70,962.00/year for the state of Washington, and $57,067.00/year - $74,187.00/year for the state of California. This range reflects the good faith estimate of pay the employer is willing to offer at the time of posting. Several factors can influence the pay scale, including but not limited to: Federal contract labor categories and contract wage rates, collective bargaining agreements, geographic location, business considerations, scope, and responsibilities of the position, local or other applicable market conditions, and internal equity. Other factors include the candidate’s qualifications such as prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education/training, and certifications.
