About the role
The KLA Services team, based in Milpitas, CA, is looking for a Supply Chain Analyst to support their Customer Spare and Part Escalation (SSO) business. This role will focus on operational reporting, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration to enhance customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Analyze escalation demand trends, operational performance, and service fulfillment data to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.
- Develop, maintain, and report key performance indicators (KPIs) related to backlog health, order fulfillment, service levels, lead times, and escalation rates.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to resolve supply chain issues, improve workflows, and drive project completion.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on process standardization, automation, and KPI visibility.
- Perform root cause analysis on order delays, backlog growth, inventory shortages, and system-related issues, providing actionable recommendations.
- Maintain data integrity and reporting accuracy across multiple business intelligence and operational reporting platforms.
- Support business transformation initiatives by gathering, documenting, and validating SAP S/4HANA business requirements, process flows, and reporting needs.
Requirements
- Master's Degree or Bachelor's Degree with 2+ years of related work experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with data, metrics, and reporting tools.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Vizio.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Detail-oriented with a continuous improvement mindset.
- Experience in supply chain, order management, or logistics.
- Familiarity with ERP systems like SAP.
- Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or process improvement methods.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, Analytics, or related fields.
- Experience working with data, metrics, and reporting tools.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Vizio, Power BI, AI or similar analytic tools.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
