SUPPLY CHAIN ANALYST

Background & Purpose of the Job

Support the Supply Chain organization with indirect purchasing, logistics management, reporting, ad hoc projects.

Who You Are & What You’ll Do

• Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze supply chain datasets to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for cost reduction
• Process Optimization: Design, develop, and maintain reports, dashboards, and metrics to track operational performance
• Vendor Management: Collaborate with suppliers to optimize delivery times and ensure compliance with contract terms
• Collect data on supply chain operations
• Analyze data to identify areas of supply chain operations to improve efficiency
• Develop and execute projects to enhance supply chain operations
• Establish and maintain relationships with shippers and vendors
• Assess vendor operations and enforce compliance with quality standards
• Measure supply chain performance and report to management
• Work with the procurement, logistics and IT departments to enhance service delivery

What You’ll Need to Succeed

• Required Education: Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field
• Required Experience: 2–5 years of experience in Supply Chain, Procurement, Logistics, or a related operational field
• Language Requirements: Fluent in English (written and verbal)
• General Skills & Qualifications: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including PivotTables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and other advanced analytical functions. Experience with SQL and ERP systems, preferably SAP. Analytical Abilities: Strong quantitative and analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate findings into actionable business insights. Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Compensation

Salary range of $80,000–$90,000, commensurate with experience.
