Supply Chain Allocation Analyst

Roles & Responsibilities

• Responsible for execution and tracking of the daily allocation process.
• Maintain inventory balances and monitor shipment timing to support allocation planning and execution.
• Track intercompany order execution for products on allocation and ensure timely delivery / shipment creation.
• Attend cross-functional allocation meetings as needed.
• Consolidate and report on allocation progress and identify potential risks.
• Streamline and continuously improve the manual allocations process to enhance synergies across all cross-functional groups involved, both upstream and downstream.

Experience Required

• SAP Experience preferred – ECC / BI, Inventory reporting, order management.

Skills & Certifications

• Good foundation in Excel (pivot tables, sorting, filtering, etc.) is a must.
• Good attention to detail.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
