We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role (maybe "About The Role" heading), Responsibilities, Requirements (maybe combine Candidate Profile and Required Qualifications?), Skills? The posting includes "Candidate Profile" which is like qualifications/skills. Also "Benefits And Compensation". Also maybe "Pay" not present. "Schedule" not present. So we include sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Candidate Profile (or Requirements), Required Qualifications, Preferred Qualifications, Benefits And Compensation. However we need to follow instruction: Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can map sections accordingly. We should not repeat job title. No Job ID. We need to preserve all substantive info, remove boilerplate (cookie/navigation/legal/EEO etc). The text includes some boilerplate like "We offer a comprehensive benefits package..." but that's part of benefits; we can keep but maybe condense? We must preserve all substantive info, not invent or summarize away detail. We can keep the sentences. We need to use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and

for prose. Thus we need to parse the posting. Let's extract sections: About Parexel: introductory paragraph about company. Should we include? The instruction: "About Parexel" maybe not a required heading; but we could include as a brief intro paragraph before sections. Not required heading but we can include as

. It's substantive. Then "About The Role": paragraph describing role. Then "Key Responsibilities": list of responsibilities (multiple sentences each starting with a verb). We'll make each as

  • . Then "Candidate Profile": bullet-like sentences (maybe not bullet). We'll treat as list? It says "You'll Thrive In This Role If You Bring Strengths in ..." then a series of bullet-like statements separated by line breaks? In text they are sentences separated by line breaks? Actually they are a paragraph with multiple clauses separated by line breaks? We'll treat as
    • each item. Then "Required Qualifications": list of items (each line). We'll make
      • . Then "Preferred Qualifications": list. Then "Benefits And Compensation": list of benefits (some sentences). We'll make
        • . We must not include sections with filler like "Pay" or "Schedule" if not present. We must not include duplicated lines. Let's extract content precisely. We believe in flexibility, growth, and creating space for people to do their best work. Join us and be part of a team where your contributions help shape the future of clinical research. We need to remove boilerplate like "If this job doesn't sound..." etc. That's application instructions? It's more like referral encouragement. Might be considered boilerplate? The instruction: "Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions." The referral encouragement might be considered application instructions? It's not exactly instructions to apply, but encouraging to share. Might be considered boilerplate; safer to remove. Also the sentence "For a complete list of benefits, please visit www.parexel.com/us-benefits." is a link; we might keep? It's not boilerplate but it's a reference; we could keep as part of benefits. However it's a link; we could keep as plain text. We also need to remove duplicated lines. I don't see duplicates. Now produce HTML. We'll start with a

          for About Parexel intro. Then

          About The Role

          ...

          Then

          Key Responsibilities

          • ... each responsibility. We need to split responsibilities by periods? The responsibilities are concatenated without spaces after periods? Actually they are separated by periods but no space after? Eg "Maintain close working relationships with internal customers and provide professional sourcing advice and assistance at all levels.Monitor the quality..." So we need to split at each period that ends a sentence. We'll manually split. Now Candidate Profile items: They are concatenated similarly. Let's split: - Strengths in sourcing, supplier coordination, analytical problem-solving, and project management - An operational understanding of clinical studies, clinical supply chains, and sourcing and contracting principles - A client-focused approach with the ability to work with urgency and accountability in a changing environment - The ability to collaborate across functions, work effectively in a matrix environment, and communicate across cultures - Strong organization, time management, and attention to detail when managing multiple priorities and tight timelines - Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and the ability to learn new systems and processes - A flexible, self-motivated, and professional approach to assignments and continued learning Now Required Qualifications items: - Bachelor's degree, Master's degree, or equivalent in biology, pharmacy, another health-related discipline, international trade, business administration, or logistics, or relevant work experience - Operational understanding of clinical studies, related supply chain activities, sourcing, and contracting principles - Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice, Good Distribution Practice, and Good Practice requirements - Strong Microsoft Office knowledge - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt to changing study needs - Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills - Ability to prioritize work with tight timelines and significant urgency while maintaining attention to detail and first-time quality Preferred Qualifications: - 4+ years of sourcing or procurement experience in a contract research organization or pharmaceutical environment - Knowledge of sourcing operations and supplier management - Cross-functional business team experience - Process and project management capabilities Benefits And Compensation items: The list is concatenated: "Health, Vision & Dental InsuranceTuition ReimbursementVacation/Holiday/Sick TimeFlexible Spending & Health Savings AccountsWork/Life Balance401(k) with Company matchPet Insurance". Then a sentence: "For a complete list of benefits, please visit www.parexel.com/us-benefits." Then another sentence: "We offer a comprehensive benefits package to eligible employees, which includes paid time off, a 401(k) match, life insurance, health insurance, and additional benefit offerings in accordance with the terms of our applicable plans." We need to split benefits into list items. The concatenated list lacks spaces; we need to infer items: "Health, Vision & Dental Insurance", "
