Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage and issue routine monthly invoices for all suppliers in an assigned portfolio, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Create and issue monthly statements to all suppliers in assigned portfolio.
- Maintain current, accurate, and well documented communications for all assigned suppliers.
- Invoice suppliers for miscellaneous charges as requested by the sales team.
- Research and resolve open issues on supplier accounts in a timely manner to clean A/R accounts.
- Apply payments timely and accurately; research any variances in payment and follow up with Pricing and Sales as needed to resolve.
- Maintain accurate contact documentation on each assigned account.
- Bring all concerns to manager. This includes: unapproved charges on the account, CG/EF/LMF deductions, recommended write-offs, and supplier reps delaying the payment process.
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers.
- Perform other duties and work projects assigned by manager.
Job Requirements
- Experience in the beverage industry a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.), and 10-key
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Must be detail oriented, with problem solving ability, and strong organization skills
Physical Demands
- Sit, stand, walk, and use hands and fingers to operate a keyboard, mouse, telephone to talk and hear.
- Frequently sit and reach with hands and arms.
- Occasionally lift and/or move up to 20 pounds.
Work Environment
- The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
Pay
Salary: $23.00 - $25.00 Depending on Experience.
