Responsibilities

• Requires specialized skills and knowledge to handle challenges and complexities of project quality activities
• Exercise authoritative decision-making that impacts regional and office quality policies and programs
• May supervise the work of assigned quality personnel
• Implement and supervise technical quality (adherence to client, regulatory agency, and company requirements)
• Perform administrative functions (budgeting, forecasting, staffing, etc.)
• Help maintain harmonious client relations
• Communicate effectively with all labor grades
• Contribute ideas that stimulate positive direction of business line personnel
• Serve as project Quality Manager on medium to large
