About the role
Raytheon is seeking a Senior Manufacturing Supplier Quality Manager to join the Operations Quality Team in Andover, MA (350 Lowell St, Essex Building). The Operations Quality Team assures product and process quality with an emphasis on Product Compliance, Customer Satisfaction and Continuous Improvement. As a leader of the team, you will lead a group of Manufacturing Supplier Quality Engineers, work directly with suppliers, monitor production performance, drive yield improvements, reduce Cost of Poor Quality (CoPQ), support factory compliance, validate change control, and more. Note: This position does not provide relocation assistance.
