Assumes overall responsibility for the quality and compliance management of the Siemens Mobility account portfolio. Partners with client departments, account teams, and suppliers to ensure work orders are managed within established KPIs and comply with Service Provider Social Compliance Standards (SSCS) and local laws. Ensures audits (third-party, K-C Customer, or internal) meet requirements, including social compliance audits such as SMETA 4-pillar or SA8000 (SAI). Manages supplier cost and delivery, develops strategies to improve facility reliability and safety, and executes audits, maintenance, and improvement projects. Collaborates with the Siemens Mobility team to manage properties, budget, and customer experience while ensuring high service performance and consistency.

Responsibilities

  • Work with sub-contracted vendors to ensure optimal service and cost for Siemens Mobility. Develop an auditing process and establish a QBR schedule with the account Procurement Specialist to hold key vendors accountable. Conduct quarterly business reviews with top 5-10 vendors to foster strong partnerships. (35%)
  • Assist the Finance Manager and Regional Managers with financial tasks, including monthly billing statements, expense forms, purchase orders, capital forecasting, and budget. Collaborate with Accounts Payable on process improvements with vendors. (10%)
  • Partner with the Continuous Improvement & Reliability team to develop efficient processes and procedures for site personnel. Lead training and development on the CMMS system, utilize Six Sigma methodologies to improve processes, and manage centralized fire extinguisher/system software. (25%)
  • Investigate, develop, and implement projects, processes, or activities to reduce costs, increase quality, and meet standards. Leverage technical expertise and facilities knowledge to generate creative solutions. (15%)
  • Foster a positive work environment for associates and customers. Train, mentor, and manage associate reviews while maintaining open dialogue with the customer. (10%)
  • Promote environmental health and safety by adhering to safety practices, investigating concerns, and making recommendations. (5%)
  • Occasional air travel is required; unwillingness to travel via air will disqualify candidates.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in facilities management.
  • OSHA 10-hour and/or 30-hour certification. BOMA, IFMA, or LEED certifications are a plus.
  • Proficiency in MS Project, Word, and Excel. Experience with Enterprise Software and CMMS required.
  • Strong ability to read, comprehend, and document instructions, including safety policies and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence and present information effectively.

Pay

$90,000 - $130,000 per year

Schedule

Onsite, Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM
