Supplier Performance Specialist

With over 1,500 employees across four time zones and seven sites, we have more than doubled in size since 2019 and are continuing to grow at pace. Our team is looking for a Supplier Performance Specialist to join them. You will report to the Supplier Performance Manager and will have an onsite work structure in Creedmoor, North Carolina.
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned suppliers impacting site production.
- Manage daily supplier communications to confirm commitments, expedite orders, resolve shortages, and address delivery risks.
- Monitor past-due purchase orders, late deliveries, and at-risk supply against production schedules and required need dates.
- Develop and execute supplier recovery plans for underperforming suppliers.
- Track progress against recovery milestones and escalate risks, delays, or missed commitments.
- Ensure corrective actions are clearly defined, documented, implemented, and monitored through completion.
