Supplier Outsourcing Program Manager

What You'll Do

• Lead development and execution of Dart’s outsourced finished goods strategy for an assigned product portfolio
• Build and manage a global network of suppliers and contract manufacturers, ensuring strong performance, quality, service, and supply continuity
• Partner with Commercial, Procurement, Manufacturing, Finance, and Supply Chain teams to evaluate opportunities and support business growth
• Design end-to-end supply chain solutions, including sourcing, transportation, inventory, and distribution strategies
• Create and implement standardized outsourcing processes, influencing stakeholders and driving adoption across the organization
• Partner with Transportation and Distribution teams to determine appropriate transportation modes, port strategies, routing structures, and distribution network requirements
• Establish inventory, replenishment, and stocking policies that support customer service objectives while managing working capital effectively
• Maintain visibility to market conditions, supplier capabilities, and supply chain risks that may impact the outsourced portfolio
• Monitor supplier performance, service levels, inventory health, lead times, costs, and other key performance indicators
• Identify and drive corrective actions when supplier, service, quality, or supply issues occur
• Develop business cases and recommendations related to supplier selection, sourcing decisions, and supply chain design
• Maintain visibility to market conditions, supplier capabilities, and supply chain risks that may impact the outsourced portfolio
• Travel domestically and internationally to visit suppliers, assess capabilities, and strengthen strategic partnerships
