About the role
The Supplier Operations Specialist is responsible for developing and maintaining an efficient, reliable supply base that supports the company’s production and operational needs. This role manages supplier selection, evaluation, and performance monitoring, while maintaining the company’s Approved Supplier List (ASL) in accordance with internal procedures and regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities

- Maintains the company’s Approved Supplier List (ASL) in accordance with internal procedures and regulatory requirements.
- Manages supplier selection, evaluation, and performance monitoring.
- Leverages strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills to support supplier operations, mitigate risk, and ensure procurement activities meet program requirements for schedule, cost, and quality.
Requirements
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in supplier management and supply chain operations.
- Ability to manage multiple suppliers and projects simultaneously.
- Understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance processes.
- Basic knowledge of procurement and contract management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in supplier management and supply chain operations.
- Experience with supplier evaluation tools and methodologies.
- Knowledge of industry standards and best practices in supplier management.
