About the Opportunity
The Supplier Contracting & Performance Manager is responsible for managing vendor relations and contract administration across a network of over 200 suppliers. This role is key in developing strategic partnerships with suppliers and industry leaders to enhance performance and operational excellence. The manager leads contract negotiations, rebate programs, and monitors supplier KPIs to ensure alignment with organizational goals, including cross-border integration of supplier contracts.
Responsibilities
- Manage relationships with key suppliers and industry leaders.
- Negotiate and oversee contracts, rebate programs, and supplier performance metrics.
- Lead vendor meetings to review performance and identify improvement opportunities.
- Improve on-time delivery and product quality.
- Lead or co-lead integration of supplier contracts with international operations.
- Focus on cost reduction, payment terms, and operational efficiency as primary KPIs.
- Address supplier-related customer escalations until resolution.
- Uphold integrity, compliance, and organizational values in all activities.
- Maintain confidentiality and comply with company policies and federal regulations.
- Deliver excellent customer service to internal and external customers.
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years experience in supplier contract negotiation, administration, and optimization.
- Proven ability to cultivate strategic supplier partnerships and drive collaboration.
- Skilled in analyzing supplier KPIs and leading performance improvements.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, email, and internet.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
Pay
The pay range for this position is $106,160 to $132,700. Actual compensation depends on candidate skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
