Supplier Change Control - I (Assistant)

Qualifications

Education: BS required in Engineering/Materials Sciences (engineering degree preferred; materials science considered for the right candidate).

• Executing Supplier Change notifications
• Working within site systems for updates and interacting with customers for impact
• Minimum 1.5+ years of experience
• Good technical writing capabilities
• Ability to multi‑task and manage priorities
• Ability to collaborate with others
• Demonstrated interpersonal skills, including flexibility and teamwork
• Proven analytical abilities
• Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills
• Project management experience (preferred)
• Change control experience (preferred)
• Knowledge of Validation, Deviation, and CAPA (nice to have)
• Experience with systems such as Veeva Vault, SAP, etc. (nice to have)

Responsibilities

• Executing Supplier Change notifications
• Providing and occasionally leading technical support to manufacturing areas
• Working as an individual contributor to enhance department performance and results
• Providing technical guidance
• Anticipating and interpreting client/customer needs to identify and implement solutions
• Operating with minimal supervision; periodic checks and reports required to review technical judgment and effort status/schedule
