Supplier Change Control - I (Assistant)

About the role

Primary Talent Partners has a contract opening for a Supplier Change Control – I (Assistant) with a pharmaceutical client in West Point, PA. This is a 12‑month contract with potential for extensions. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States and able to work on Primary Talent Partners’ W2 without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Execute Supplier Change notifications.
• Provide and occasionally lead technical support to manufacturing areas.
• Work as an individual contributor, contributing to department performance and results.
• Provide technical guidance.
• Anticipate and interpret client/customer needs to identify and implement solutions.
• Receive minimal supervision; periodic checks and reports are required to review technical judgment and effort status/schedule.

Qualifications

Education: BS required in Engineering or Materials Sciences.

Requirements

• Minimum 1.5+ years of relevant experience.
• Good technical writing capabilities.
• Ability to multi‑task and manage priorities.
• Ability to collaborate with others; demonstrated interpersonal skills, flexibility, and teamwork.
• Proven analytical abilities.
• Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills.
• Project management experience and change‑control experience preferred.
• Client experience desirable.
• Knowledge of Validation, Deviation, CAPA is a plus.
• Experience with systems such as Veeva Vault, SAP, etc. is a plus.

Pay

$45.00–$51.98 per hour (W2 contract). No PTO or traditional benefits; an ACA‑compliant supplemental package is available for enrollment.
