Supplemental Staffing Pool Manager

Job Responsibilities

• Identify staffing needs: Work with hiring managers and clients to determine temporary staffing requirements
• Sourcing & screening: Use multiple channels (job boards, social media, referrals, job fairs) to build a pipeline of qualified candidates
• Interview & assess: Conduct interviews, skills assessments, and reference checks to evaluate candidates
• Manage relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with site operations leaders, candidates/employees, community organizers and internal stakeholders
• Manage team members: Schedule shifts using an AI-enabled program, support team members in assignments, manage biweekly payroll for team members
• Team member experience: Provide a positive, supportive experience for candidates throughout the hiring process and for our Supplemental Staffing team members who support client locations

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred, work experience can be substituted
• Experience: Minimum 3 years in staffing, recruitment, or HR; experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR software
• Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to have constructive coaching conversations and maintain employee dignity, Excellent organizational and time management abilities, Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines, Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities, Networking and relationship-building skills
