Responsibilities

• Impart knowledge of the sport to participants.
• Ensure compliance with Florida State Statute requirements for coaching certifications.
• Utilize computer skills as required for the position.

Requirements

Head Coach Qualifications

• Standard high school diploma or satisfactory completion of any General Education Development (GED) Testing Program.
• Valid Florida Educator Certificate or the ability to obtain an Athletic Coaching Certificate from the Florida Department of Education.
• Knowledge of the sport and the ability to impart this knowledge.

Assistant Coach Qualifications

• Standard high school diploma or satisfactory completion of an approved General Educational Development (GED) Testing Program.
• Knowledge of the activity and the ability to impart this knowledge to participants.
• Computer skills as required for the position.

Pay

Compensation based on New Hire Teacher Salary Information or Classroom Monitor Hourly Rate Information.
