SUPPLEMENTAL ONLY- BOYS BASKETBALL (ASSISTANT COACH)

POSITION GOAL

The successful candidate will lead the team in achieving its goals and objectives.

ESSENTIAL PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and implement training programs for athletes.
• Manage team logistics including scheduling practices and games.
• Provide guidance and support to athletes to improve their performance.
• Collaborate with other coaches and staff to enhance team dynamics.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• Standard high school diploma or satisfactory completion of an approved General Educational Development (GED) Testing Program.
• Knowledge of the sport and the ability to impart this knowledge.
• Florida Educator Certificate (required for the Head Coach).
• Computer skills as required for the position.
