SUPPLEMENTAL ONLY-BASEBALL (HEAD COACH)

POSITION GOAL

The successful candidate will lead and manage the team, providing coaching and guidance to participants.

ESSENTIAL PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and implement training programs for participants.
• Monitor participant progress and provide feedback.
• Collaborate with other coaches and staff to enhance team performance.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• Standard high school diploma or satisfactory completion of an approved General Educational Development (GED) Testing Program.
• A Florida Educator Certificate is required for the Head Coach.
• Knowledge of the sport/activity and ability to impart this knowledge.
• Computer skills as required for the position.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• Experience in coaching or related field.
• Leadership and communication skills.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Ability to lift and move equipment and participants as needed.

• Classroom Monitor Hourly Rate Information available upon request.

CERTIFICATIONS

• Florida Educator Certificate for the Head Coach.
