Supervisory Supply Systems Analyst

Responsibilities

• Supervises, plans, and directs the work of branch Business Process Analysts (BPAs) as it relates to local and Enterprise system and functional support for the Order Fulfillment functions.
• Reviews and implements Order Management Policy and Procedures.
• Provides advice and discusses policy change/modifications and their impact on the system functions with higher authorities and management of other Directorates.
• Provides end-user support for Enterprise Business Support (EBS) Order management systems and their interfaces within SAP.
• Oversees the initiation, prioritization and implementation of Order Management System Change Requests (SCRs) and Service Tickets.
• Generates written reports
