Supervisory Radiology Technologist (CT)

About the role

This position is a Supervisory Diagnostic Radiologic Technologist (CT) located at the Cass Lake Service Unit, Cass Lake, Minnesota. This position reports to the Pharmacy Director or Designee.

Responsibilities

• Accepts applications
• Responsible for the administrative and technical direction of the Medical Imaging Services
• Identifies problems in the day-to-day organization or administrative problems, recommends changes and/or resolves the problems
• Maintains the computed tomography department for regulatory standards and accreditation purposes
• Primary responsible for support of electronic data communication services between the facility information system, the radiology information system and the PACS
• Assures the work assignments are carried out. Distributes and balances the workload among employees, assures timely completion of assignments.

Qualifications

• Manages day to day systems operations both centralized and peripheral equipment
• Responsible for performing mammography imaging
• Maintains accurate and complete records ensuring that the required imaging data entry is performed
