Supervisory Psychiatrist

Role: Supervisory Psychiatrist responsible for clinical and administrative leadership within the Mental Health & Behavioral Medicine Service. Responsibilities: Supervise and mentor psychiatric staff and trainees, oversee team performance, support interdisciplinary care, guide hiring processes, and resolve workplace issues. Provide comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, evidence-based treatments, crisis intervention, and clinical teaching while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality Veteran care. Qualifications and Skills: Must hold a full and unrestricted medical license in any US State or territory. Board certification is preferred. Strong leadership, clinical expertise, and teamwork skills are essential.
