Supervisory Production Operations Specialist.

Responsibilities

• Promotes a full range of services offered by DLA Data Production Operations, including document automation.
• Furnishes expert advice and guidance to customers concerning methods of utilizing and expanding a wide variety of document automation services.
• Serves as a customer advocate for DLA Data Production Operations customers; serves as the voice of the customers in recommending services which customers want now or in the future.
• Solves customer problems, deals effectively with customers, and demonstrates effective interpersonal skills in dealing with customers so as to result in satisfied loyal customers.
• Provides technical and administrative supervision to production employees.
• Serves as a technical expert on the latest document automation technologies and services provided by the DLA Document Services; such as electronic duplicating, document conversion, data storage
