SUPERVISORY POSTAL OPERATIONS SPECIALIST
Duties Summary
You will serve as a Supervisory Postal Operations Specialist in the Postal Products and Services Division of NAVSUP FLC NORVA GF.
Requirements
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-12) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector performing the duties of a Postal operations specialist demonstrating mastery knowledge of both analytical techniques and the organization sufficient to provide recommendations for policy and procedural improvements; and mastery knowledge of US Postal Service publications including the private express statutes, US General Services Administration (GSA) mail management regulations, Department of Defense (DoD) and Department of the Navy (DON) postal regulations, and NAVSUP P-485 afloat supply in order to gather, compare, and correlate information concerning administrative managerial functions, programs and projects and evaluate information reflecting DoD, DON, and local policies and practices.
