We need to output HTML fragment with sections: headings

for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. We need to parse the job posting. First, summary: "This Supervisory Mobility Transportation Specialist position serves within the Oklahoma City VA Medical Center - and reports to the Associate Directors Office. The primary purpose of this position is to manage all Veterans Transportation Service (VTS) and Beneficiary Travel (BT) program activities - including; patient transport - Special Mode Travel (SMT) - and mileage reimbursement claims. This position supervises/ensures the VTS and BT process comply with Regulatory guidance." That's about the role. So we can have

About the role

with a paragraph. Next, Qualifications: large block. We'll need to include Requirements/Qualifications. The posting includes "Qualifications" heading and details: time-in-grade, IOR, specialized experience, education, combination, competencies, physical requirements, etc. Also includes "Promotion Potential" and "Work Schedule". Also "Telework". Also "Position Description/PD#". Also "Relocati" (cut off). We need to preserve all substantive info, but we should not include boilerplate like cookie/navigation/legal/EEO etc. There's none. We need to decide sections: About the role, Responsibilities (duties), Requirements (maybe Qualifications), Skills (competencies), Benefits (maybe not present), Pay (not present), Schedule (Work Schedule). Also maybe "Promotion Potential" could be part of Requirements or separate? But we only have allowed headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We can combine Qualifications and Requirements? The instruction: use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can choose which to include. We should not repeat job title as heading. We should not put Job ID etc. We need to include all substantive info. Let's map: - About the role: summary paragraph. - Responsibilities: Duties section (the long list starting "Major duties include but are not limited to:"). - Requirements: maybe time-in-grade, IOR, specialized experience, education, combination, physical requirements? Could be under Requirements. - Qualifications: maybe the same as Requirements? But we can't duplicate. Perhaps we can put Requirements for eligibility (time-in-grade, IOR, specialized experience, education, combination) and Skills for competencies (Administration and Management, Budget Administration, Communication, Compliance, Customer Service, Planning and Evaluating). Also Physical Requirements could be under Requirements or maybe under Skills? Probably under Requirements. - Benefits: Not mentioned explicitly. There's no benefits description. So we should not include Benefits section. - Pay: Not mentioned. So omit. - Schedule: Work Schedule: Monday - Friday (8:00am - 4:30pm) Telework: This position may be authorized for ADHOC telework Telework eligibility will be discussed during the interview process Virtual: This is not a virtual position. So we can include Schedule section with that info. Also Promotion Potential: maybe could be under Requirements or maybe under About the role? But we have no specific heading for promotion. Could include under Requirements as a note. Also Position Description/PD#: maybe minor metadata; we could fold into a short

under About the role or maybe drop? The instruction: do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it. So we can include a short paragraph with Position Description/PD#. Also "Relocati" truncated; ignore. Now we need to output only HTML fragment, no markdown fences. Let's craft:

Position Description/PD#: Supervisory Mobility Transportation Specialist/PD11280O and PD11281O

We need to ensure we didn't include any boilerplate like EEO etc. There's none. Check for any repeated content: We have covered duties, qualifications, etc. Ensure we didn't miss any substantive info like "Promotion Potential". We omitted that. Should we include it? It's substantive. Could be placed under Requirements or maybe a separate section but we don't have a heading for promotion. Could add a note under Requirements
