SUPERVISORY MANAGEMENT AND PROGRAM ANALYST

About the role

You will serve as a SUPERVISORY MANAGEMENT AND PROGRAM ANALYST in the Strategic Management and Improvement Office of NAVSUP WEAPON SYSTEMS SUPPORT.

Requirements

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.

Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:

• Leading and managing a team in the successful completion of complex, technically challenging projects to improve organizational effectiveness and efficiency;
• Developing and implementing strategic plans, including facilitating executive-level reviews and monitoring performance against key strategic goals and objectives;
• Developing, communicating, and presenting complex data and analysis to senior leadership, including SES and Flag level officers, to inform decision-making and drive organizational change; and
• Applying comprehensive knowledge of Continuous Process Improvement (CPI) methodologies, data analysis techniques, and best business practices to implement innovative solutions relative to cost savings and return on investment.
