About the role

Serves as the Associate Director for Human Capital Transformation Develops and maintains the agency's human capital strategy, ensuring strict alignment with the Director's guidance and the overarching DLA Strategic Plan while fostering a culture of continuous process improvement (CPI). Develops and manages agency-wide initiatives that drive employee engagement and workforce resilience including the design, implementation, and management of a comprehensive culture model and assessment strategy.
