SUPERVISORY LOGISTICS MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST

Position Duties/Responsibilities

• Provide timely monitoring and performance feedback to assigned personnel.
• Complete semi-annual and annual performance reviews.
• Recommend annual performance ratings and payouts to the Division Head.
• Ensure assigned personnel are administratively supported to complete all assigned tasks in support of their respective programs and areas of responsibilities.
• Deal with performance and/or conduct issues as required.
• Lead and coordinate all facets of weapons maintenance planning and execution requirements, including asset identification, shipping, acquisition, and funding.
• Ensure all designated personnel are properly trained and qualified to perform all aspects of weapons maintenance safely and effectively, as applicable, in accordance with governing directives.
