About the Role
You will serve as a Supervisory Interdisciplinary Engineer/Scientist in the Integrated EW T&E Branch of NAVAIRWARCENWPNDIV POINT MUGU.
Responsibilities
- Manage all funding, resources, and employees assigned by the Branch Head.
- Be responsible for the planning and evaluation of assigned employee performance plans and individual development plan.
- Ensure branch productivity through effective employee performance feedback, communication, guidance, and succession planning for assigned employee.
- Interact with Branch Head, 5K Department leadership, and with branch affiliated program stakeholders to ensure Test and Evaluation resource needs are met for their assigned employees.
- Responsible for the direction of assigned new engineers in the Engineer and Scientist Development Program (ESDP), providing oversight, guidance, leadership, and training during their initial years with NAWCWD.
Pay
Minimum Salary: $124,085 – Maximum Salary: $190,627
