INTERDISCIPLINARY SUPERVISORY ENGINEER/SCIENTIST

This position is for a supervisory role as either a General Engineer, Physicist, Operations Research Analyst, or Computer Scientist within the Test and Evaluation Management of Programs and Operations Department, Test and Evaluation Program Leadership Division of NAVTESTWINGLANT NWCF.

Responsibilities

  • Balance the triad of competency, program, and warfare center to ensure the equities of Test and Evaluation are maintained.
  • Author or review Test and Evaluation Master Plans, coordinate and execute Operational Test Readiness Reviews, and act on behalf of the Program Manager as the Test and Evaluation liaison.
  • Develop Test and Evaluation strategies that span cross-domain solutions to test programs, including integration of air segment, ship segment, landing systems, and information servicing networks.
  • Oversee the maintenance of all master test schedules and metrics and resolve test issues across the Integrated Program Teams.
  • Plan work, set priorities, and schedule work to assure effective accomplishment of priority tasks without adverse effect on regular and recurring work.
  • Manage financial resources and direct the technical work of employees for the assigned team.

Pay

Minimum Salary: $143,913
Maximum Salary: $197,200
