This position is located in the Atlantic Test Range (ATR) Operations Division of NAVAIRWARCENAC DIV.
Responsibilities
- Plan work and prepare performance plans covering work to be accomplished by subordinates.
- Set and adjust short-term priorities, and prepare schedules for completion of work.
- Perform personal technical work and operate as a working supervisor.
- Identify developmental and training needs of employees, providing or arranging for needed development and training.
- Find ways to improve production or increase the quality of the work directed.
Pay
Minimum Salary: $143,913
Maximum Salary: $197,200
