Supervisor, Warehouse/Services Supply Chain (M-F 11am-7:30pm)

About the role

The Supervisor, Warehousing and Services oversees warehouses supporting distribution, manufacturing, or site services such as MRO or delivery services in Lake County. They ensure compliance with corporate and divisional policies, monitor daily operations, and interact with both internal and external customers.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with applicable Corporate and Divisional Policies and procedures
• Ensure daily, weekly, and monthly tasks are completed per schedule
• Maintain personnel records and make or direct modifications to the database
• Develop and/or identify new work processes and the improved utilization of human and material resources within the assigned area or related departments
• Facilitate others' participation in the continuous improvement program and investigate and solve basic problems impacting work processes and personnel within a unit or department

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree preferred with 2+ years of related work experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience
• May be required to attain Controlled Drug Agent status gained by passing the security screening process and training processes depending on department
• Must be able to read and understand procedures written in English
