About the Role
Supervise warehousing personnel and systems, and direct daily operations.
Responsibilities
- Organize and schedule the department workload to provide an accurate and efficient method for processing materials, once received, to their ultimate destinations.
- Supervise the proper handling, checking, and distribution of materials.
- Review problems and discrepancy reports and either execute effective corrective actions or contact the appropriate personnel for resolution.
- Contribute to defining and implementing departmental policies and procedures.
- Support Discrepant/Excess/Obsolete material processing to assure timely removal from production floor or warehouse.
- Direct or conduct cycle count program for assets, or assist in periodic physical inventory of production materials.
- Resolve issues with BAAN ERP models for Warehousing and Inventory Control.
- Regularly inform management of the status of all work activities.
- Ensure personnel actions are consistent with Equal Opportunity, Affirmative Action, and other related company policies and procedures in compliance with federal and state laws and regulations.

Pay
Compensation Range: $63,328.00 to $79,992.00 USD. Many factors are considered in compensation decisions, including but not limited to skills, certifications, licensures, experience, training, incumbent data, and other business needs.
