About the role
The Supervisor – Vocational Rehabilitation at ServiceSource drives innovation, embraces change, and strengthens communities by ensuring the delivery of evidence-based employment services and ethical practices. This role requires counseling and guiding individuals with disabilities towards competitive employment.
Responsibilities
- Consult on staffing patterns and facilitate quality assurance activities.
- Develop and optimize team goals by providing coaching, guidance, training, and evaluation to staff.
- Advise on career planning, assessment, or the coordination of assessment services, review of documentation for eligibility determination, and development of Individualized Plan of Employment.
- Maintain documentation of counseling interactions, consumer choice, case proceedings, and management of resources to ensure fiscal accountability.
- Develop relationships with employers by learning about their businesses, hiring practices, hiring preferences, and business priorities over multiple visits.
- Oversee all health and safety concerns and policies related to program service delivery throughout the service area.
Qualifications
- A Bachelor's Degree (BA/BS) from an accredited college or university with a major in a social, behavioral, or rehabilitative science, plus a minimum of two (2) years professional experience in counseling in a rehabilitative setting required.
- A Master’s Degree (MA/MS) from an accredited college or university in a social, behavioral or rehabilitative science or education program can substitute for one (1) year of required experience.
- Valid driver’s license and good motor vehicle record (MVR) required.
