Supervisor Valet Service - MGM National Harbor
The Role
Supervise daily valet and guest service operations to deliver exceptional arrival and departure experiences.
Lead, train, and develop valet team members to ensure smooth, safe, and efficient parking operations.
Manage staffing, scheduling, and real-time adjustments to match guest volume and avoid traffic congestion.
Lead energetic pre-shift meetings to align the team on service standards and daily goals.
Maintain safety standards by conducting periodic inspections of designated valet parking areas.
Own the guest experience by proactively resolving inquiries and service-related inconveniences with authority.
Ensure all team members are trained in safety protocol and able to operate all vehicles (including manual transmissions).
Partner with security and management teams to report unusual events and maintain a secure environment.
Foster a culture of accountability, team collaboration, and premier hospitality on the front lines.
Requirements
At least 21 years of age.
1+ Years of Prior Relevant Experience as a Supervisor in a customer service environment.

Pay
The rate for this role is: $22.00
This rate represents a good faith estimate of the wage rate that MGM reasonably expects to pay for the position upon hire. Pay will not be below any applicable minimum wage. Should overtime be worked, employees are paid overtime pay in accordance with state requirements.
