Responsibilities
- Help oversee the daily outdoor operations of the tubing park & mountain coaster including managing lift operations, staffing levels, grooming, and equipment maintenance.
- Lead a dedicated team to ensure a safe, efficient, and enjoyable experience for our guests.
- Take charge of all operational aspects when the Operations Manager is unavailable, making quick decisions to maintain the highest standards of service and safety.
Requirements
- A High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Outdoor activities experience preferred.
- Proven experience in a supervisory or team lead role.
- Outgoing and friendly demeanor with a strong customer service orientation.
- Proven leadership experience in managing employees and fostering teamwork.
- Comfortable and confident in controlling large groups in a friendly and organized manner.
- Strong background in maintenance and proficient use of power tools.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with guests and staff.
- Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures related to tubing and the Mountain Coaster.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Physical capability to perform tasks such as lifting, shoveling snow, and working in varying weather conditions, including direct sun and adverse weather.
- Familiarity with snow removal equipment.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required in a ski resort setting.

Pay
Hourly pay rate: $22.77 to $24.58
