We need to output only HTML fragment, using

for section headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Include sections only if posting has real specific content. We have content: General Job Summary (we can treat as About the role). Responsibilities: many bullet points. Requirements/Education and Experience: Education and Experience. Qualifications maybe similar to Requirements? We need to decide which sections to include. The posting includes Education and Experience, Supervisory Responsibilities, Required Skills/Abilities, Duties/Responsibilities, Benefits. Also mentions on-call shifts (Schedule) and administrative time (maybe schedule). Pay not mentioned. So we should not include Pay section. Schedule: mention minimum of six 12 hour on-call shifts per month, plus administrative time 16 hours, travel. So we can include Schedule section with that info. Benefits: listed. So sections: About the role (General Job Summary), Responsibilities (maybe combine Duties/Responsibilities and Supervisory Responsibilities?), Requirements (Education and Experience), Qualifications (maybe CTBS certification etc), Skills (Required Skills/Abilities), Benefits, Schedule. Ensure we don't repeat job title heading. Use

for each section heading. Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Use

for prose. We must preserve all substantive info, not invent or summarize away detail. Must not include boilerplate like EEO etc. There's none. We need to format content appropriately. Let's extract sections: About the role: The General Job Summary paragraph (first paragraph). Could be multiple sentences. We'll put in

. Responsibilities: The Duties/Responsibilities paragraph plus maybe Supervisory Responsibilities? Actually Supervisory Responsibilities is separate but still responsibilities. We'll combine into a list. We need to list each duty as

  • . The posting has many sentences; we can break into bullet points. Also Supervisory Responsibilities: - At the request of Human Resources, participates in the screening and hiring process of new employees. - In conjunction with the manager, is responsible for maintaining and updating the departmental performance management board and reporting these departmental projects/goals on a routine schedule as defined by organizational leadership. - Assists the manager with verifying payroll for signoff on a bi-weekly basis per departmental protocol. - Approves paid time-off (PTO) for full-time tissue recovery staff per departmental protocol while maintaining adequate staffing to meet clinical activity. We can include these as part of Responsibilities list. Requirements: Education and Experience: - Bachelor’s degree from an accredited University preferred. - A professional license may be substituted in lieu of or in addition to pursuing a bachelor’s degree. - A minimum of 5 years’ experience in tissue recovery required with demonstrated knowledge in tissue screening and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). - Current tissue banking specialist (CTBS) certification. Qualifications: maybe includes Supervisory Responsibilities? Actually Qualifications could be certifications etc. But we already have CTBS certification in Requirements. Could also include supervisory experience? The posting didn't explicitly list supervisory experience as requirement but Supervisory Responsibilities is a duty. We could treat Qualifications as "Current CTBS certification; ability to travel; supervisory experience". But we must not invent. Better to keep Qualifications minimal: maybe "Current tissue banking specialist (CTBS) certification; ability to travel throughout Infinite Legacy’s Donor Services Area." However travel is in Skills/Abilities. Let's see. The posting includes "Required Skills/Abilities:" list. So Skills section will contain that. Qualifications maybe could be "Bachelor’s degree preferred; professional license may substitute; 5 years experience; CTBS certification". But that overlaps with Requirements. To avoid duplication, we can treat Requirements as Education and Experience, Qualifications as Certifications and licensure, Skills as abilities. Let's define: - About the role: General Job Summary. - Responsibilities: combined list of duties and supervisory responsibilities. - Requirements: Education and Experience (Bachelor's degree preferred, professional license may substitute, 5 years experience, CTBS certification). - Qualifications: maybe "Current CTBS certification; ability to travel throughout Infinite Legacy’s Donor Services Area." But travel is in Skills. Hmm. Alternatively, we could omit Qualifications section if no distinct content beyond what's covered. The instruction: include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it. If we don't have distinct qualifications beyond requirements, we could skip Qualifications. But we have "Current tissue banking specialist (CTBS) certification" which is a qualification. Could be placed under Requirements. But we already have that. So maybe we skip Qualifications. Skills: Required Skills/Abilities list. Benefits: list. Schedule: mention on-call shifts and administrative time. Let's extract Skills list: - Excellent organization and time management skills; ability to function independently and collaboratively. - Good problem solving and creative thinking skills, and well-developed personal stress management skills. - Demonstrated leadership skills, as well as excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing. - Must be certified as a tissue banking specialist (CTBS) and maintain that certification in good standing. - Must remain proficient in all regulatory and accrediting agency standards and policies. - Ability to travel throughout Infinite Legacy’s Donor Services Area. Note: CTBS certification appears again; okay. Benefits list: - Health, Dental & Vision Insurance: Comprehensive coverage for you and your loved ones. - Paid Time Off: Take the time you need to relax and recharge. - 401K: Plan for your future with employer contributions. - Life & Disability Insurance: Peace of mind, no matter what happens. - Pet Insurance Discounts: Because your furry friends matter too! - Tuition Reimbursement: We support your growth and development with education assistance. Schedule: The posting says: "This requires a minimum of six 12 hour on-call shifts per month, except for increased call shifts in the event of short staffing per the department scheduling guidelines. The Supervisor will provide a minimum of 16 hours of administrative time to meeting the needs of the department which could include assigned job duties, projects, assigned processor liaison responsibilities, pending donor activity and overtime. Position requires travel to Infinite Legacy regional offices and hospitals (Maryland, DC and Northern, VA) within Infinite Legacy’s donor service area." We can put schedule bullets: Minimum six 12‑hour on‑call shifts per month (may increase with short staffing); Minimum 16 hours of administrative time per month; Travel required to regional offices and hospitals in MD, DC, Northern VA. Now produce HTML. We must not include or . Just fragment. Let's craft:
