Supervisor, Talent Acquistion
About the role
The Supervisor of Talent Acquisition will lead and enhance PBMares' talent acquisition strategy, including experienced hiring, campus recruiting, onboarding, internship programs, and compensation benchmarking. This role oversees the recruiting team and partners with firm leadership to attract, hire, and retain top talent while supporting workforce planning and competitive, market-informed hiring practices.

- Lead full-cycle recruiting for experienced, campus, and strategic positions.
- Develop recruiting, sourcing, workforce planning, and talent pipeline strategies.
