About the Role

As a Supervisor, Store Operations in our shops, you are the store's central nervous system. You are responsible for overseeing and ensuring the smooth and efficient day-to-day operations of the store. You will lead, motivate, and manage operations associate(s) while maintaining our high customer service levels and operational excellence. This is an hourly, non-exempt position.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise operations associates, ensuring they meet performance standards, are well-trained, and uphold our high customer service levels.
  • Ensure store operations run smoothly, set clear daily/weekly priorities for operations team and individuals.
  • Assist store managers to set operations team weekly schedules and PTO based on company needs.
  • Review weekly metrics with operations associates and use critical thinking and creative solutions to meet metrics within your store.
  • Manage communication with your HQ partners and store managers.
  • Manage the receipt of daily incoming and outgoing products from a systematic standpoint:
    • Customer Direct Shipments
    • Current Product Replenishment/New Product Releases
    • Store-to-Store Product Reallocation
    • Inventory Adjustments: MOS (Marked Out of Stock) and RTV (Return to Vendor)
  • Manage omni-channel order fulfillment from your store.
  • Manage and lead the store's annual Physical Inventory audit.
  • Manage inventory integrity through daily enterprise cycle counts, variances, and inventory audits.
  • Manage the verification of daily returns.
  • Manage and report stock levels (overages, deficits, end-of-season) to appropriate teams.
  • Execute and lead efficient sale prep and end-of-sale processes.
  • Plan, design, and reorganize stock room layout to improve storage efficiency and ease of access when inventory levels increase/decrease.
  • Daily monitoring and ordering of all necessary store supplies.
  • General store support (as needed).
