Responsibilities
- Manage store staff and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Oversee inventory management and ensure accurate stock levels.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.
- Plan and execute promotional events to boost sales.
- Ensure store cleanliness and safety standards are met.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
- At least 3 years of supervisory experience in retail or similar industry.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
Qualifications
