About the role

SpaceX was founded under the belief that a future where humanity is out exploring the stars is fundamentally more exciting than one where we are not. Today SpaceX is actively developing the technologies to make this possible, with the ultimate goal of enabling human life on Mars.

While based in Memphis, you will collaborate continuously with other SPOC teams nationwide. Close coordination with fellow SPOC leaders is essential to drive consistency and continuity across all sites. • Identify opportunities and risks, dive deep into issues, and partner with internal and external teams to implement solutions.
  • Deliver routine metrics and insights on Memphis-site incidents and recommend effective changes to leadership.
  • Communicate clearly with senior management and organizational leaders to align on security priorities and direction.
  • Demonstrate a thorough understanding of the Memphis organizational chart, including key leaders who must be notified during emergencies.
  • Identify all Memphis/Mississippi locations by address and map.
