Supervisor, Security Operations Center- Swing Shift

Responsibilities

• Supervising security officers' daily activities and patrols while ensuring compliance with established protocols and emergency response procedures
• Coordinating security staff scheduling, training activities, and performance monitoring under direction of Security Manager and Director
• Managing access control systems and visitor management protocols while maintaining accurate documentation of security-related incidents and reports
• Overseeing security control room operations and monitoring systems, ensuring proper equipment functionality and incident response readiness
• Implementing building security procedures and conducting regular assessments of physical security measures under managerial guidance
• Supporting development of security protocols and emergency response plans while maintaining relationships with local law enforcement agencies
• Monitoring security budget expenditures and inventory controls while preparing regular operational reports for management review
• Responding to security incidents and emergencies while coordinating appropriate responses with internal teams and external authorities

Requirements

• Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance
• Regular, consistent and punctual attendance
• Able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
• Relevant Work Experience: 2-5 Years
