Accountabilities
- Manage daily revenue recovery operations.
- Support team performance.
- Ensure accurate resolution of claims and reimbursement issues.
- Lead, coach, and mentor team members.
- Monitor operational metrics and prepare performance reports.
- Develop, implement, and maintain revenue recovery policies, procedures, and workflows.
- Collaborate with compliance, finance, payer representatives, and internal stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities to reduce risk, improve processes, and enhance revenue recovery performance.
- Promote a culture of accountability, collaboration, inclusion, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Experienced revenue cycle professional with supervisory skills.
- Strong healthcare industry knowledge and experience supervising, coaching, or developing teams.
- Understanding of claims processes, payer requirements, reimbursement workflows, and revenue recovery practices.
- Experience developing and implementing policies, procedures, and process improvements.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
- High emotional intelligence with the ability to build trust, influence outcomes, and manage challenging situations.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a remote environment.
