Supervisor Revenue Recovery

Accountabilities

• Manage daily revenue recovery operations.
• Support team performance.
• Ensure accurate resolution of claims and reimbursement issues.
• Lead, coach, and mentor team members.
• Monitor operational metrics and prepare performance reports.
• Develop, implement, and maintain revenue recovery policies, procedures, and workflows.

Requirements

• Experienced revenue cycle professional with supervisory skills.
• Strong healthcare industry knowledge and experience supervising, coaching, or developing teams.
• Understanding of claims processes, payer requirements, reimbursement workflows, and revenue recovery practices.
• Experience developing and implementing policies, procedures, and process improvements.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
• High emotional intelligence with the ability to build trust, influence outcomes, and manage challenging situations.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a remote environment.
