About the role

The Revenue Recovery Supervisor oversees the daily operations of the revenue recovery team, ensuring accurate and efficient resolution of claims and reimbursement issues. The role drives departmental performance by supervising staff, monitoring metrics, and supporting compliance initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily activities of revenue recovery staff to ensure service-level agreements are met.
• Develop and enforce policies and procedures for revenue recovery.
• Monitor team performance and prepare reports for leadership.
• Collaborate with compliance, finance, and payer representatives to resolve complex issues.
• Provide training and mentorship to staff to maintain competency.
• Lead initiatives to improve efficiency, reduce risk, and enhance revenue recovery outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in revenue cycle management or related field.
• Experience supervising a team.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
