Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and improve service to customers 24 hours a day.
- Recruit, select, mentor, coach, develop, discipline, and maintain a staff that provides high-quality service.
- Engage in ongoing self-improvement, promote continuous improvement, and act as a change agent.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, or attainment within three years of hire.
- Graduate of an accredited radiography, ultrasound, or nuclear medicine program.
- Five years of clinical radiology experience required.
- Incumbents hired prior to February 15, 2018, must meet previous requirements of an Associate's degree and five years of work experience with demonstrated leadership abilities.

- Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to work independently.
- Ability to multitask and manage daily problems, including patient-related issues, equipment, technical competency, workflow, and supervisory duties.
- Thorough understanding of Mayo and Radiology policies and procedures, with the ability to communicate expectations to employees.
- Ability to gain cooperation through leading by example, motivating individuals, and influencing others.
- Sensitive, assertive management style that promotes teamwork and harmonious working relationships.
License Or Certifications
- Registry in clinical radiology field is required.
- Registry in the specific modality that the supervisory position supports is strongly preferred.

$93,392 - $140,129 / Year
Schedule

- Schedule Details: Monday - Friday normal business hours
- Weekend Schedule: As needed
